1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RiyadaVenture platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RiyadaVenture Inc. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.
2. Services & Account
RiyadaVenture provides financial infrastructure, payment processing, and data aggregation services. To access these services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment Processing Services
Our payment processing services are subject to the rules and regulations of the card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and our banking partners. You agree to comply with all applicable strictures and not to use the Service for any prohibited business types as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Fees and Taxes
Fees for our services are set forth in your applicable Order Form or Fee Schedule. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RiyadaVenture and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of RiyadaVenture.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RiyadaVenture, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
